Richard Terpstra is an artist who specializes in graphic design, paintings and illustration. His blog, http://www.disneydesignerland.blogspot.com, features vintage Disney designs from attraction typography to attraction soundboards to “fantasy” apparel, as seen above (see a second design and read the full post here).
This is a very cool design that is very sporty. It could almost work as a soccer jersey. I really like it and would love to own one were they available!
The design is taken from a 1982 brochure marketing the PeopleMover to cities as an environment friendly alternative form of mass transportation. There’s a link to the original brochure in Richard’s article above, and there’s more on the Community Transportation Services division here.
